About SlavicHome
One person behind every plan, from the first question to the covered repair.
Why I Built Plans You Can Read Start to Finish
Many homeowners I talk with share the same story. They paid for coverage, a repair came up, and only then did they find the line in the contract that ruled it out.
SlavicHome is my answer to that. Before you agree to anything, I lay out each covered system and appliance, the limits that apply and what a plan leaves out.
When something stops working, the request comes to me, and I stay with it until the covered repair is finished.
Small Promises I Keep on Every Plan
None of these are extras. They are simply how I handle coverage for every home I work with.
Contract Words You Would Use
Covered items, limits and exclusions are written plainly, not tucked away in fine print.
One Person to Talk To
Questions, requests and renewals all reach me, so you never explain your home twice.
Technicians Close to You
Each request goes to a qualified technician who works in your area and knows homes like yours.
A Fee You Know in Advance
The service fee for a covered repair is set on your plan before any technician arrives.
How Coverage Works
-
Step 1
Pick Coverage
Choose coverage for your home systems, your appliances or both. Every covered item is listed in your contract.
-
Step 2
Coverage Starts
Coverage starts after a short waiting period. Each item needs to be in working order on the day it begins.
-
Step 3
Request Service
If a covered system or appliance breaks down from normal use, send me a service request online with the details.
-
Step 4
Covered Repair
A matched technician checks the item. A covered repair or replacement goes ahead for your set service fee.

-
Sellers getting a house ready
A plan can give buyers peace of mind that the main systems are looked after in their first stretch at the new place.
-
Full households
When the fridge, range and washer run every day, one breakdown can throw the whole house off balance.
-
Owners who live elsewhere
If you cannot be at the property yourself, one request to me gets a local technician to the door.
