These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the SlavicHome website, along with any account, form or messaging service offered through it. Using the site means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

Who May Use the Site

The site is intended for adults who are at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Information submitted must be accurate, current and belong to the person submitting it.

About the Service

SlavicHome provides information about home warranty coverage for household systems and appliances, and a way to request a plan. Site content is general in nature. The contract issued for a plan sets out the actual coverage.

• Covered items, limits and exclusions are stated in each plan contract.
• Coverage begins after any waiting period listed in the contract.
• A service fee applies to each covered service request.
• Pricing and availability are confirmed directly and may change.

Service Requests and Repairs

Service requests are reviewed against the terms of the plan in force. Repairs are carried out by independent, qualified technicians. A request may be declined where the failure falls outside the plan, for example damage from accidents, weather, misuse or conditions that existed before coverage began.

Accounts and Security

Account holders are responsible for keeping login details private and for all activity under their account. SlavicHome may suspend or close an account that appears to be misused, inaccurate or used in breach of these terms.

Text Messages and Consent

Where consent is given on the sign up form, SlavicHome may send service and marketing text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Standard message and data rates may apply, and frequency may vary.

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to misuse the site. That includes:

• Submitting false or misleading information, or details that belong to someone else.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data without permission.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the site.
• Copying site content for commercial use without written permission.

Content and Ownership

Text, images, logos and design on the site belong to SlavicHome or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use them beyond normal personal browsing.

Links to Other Sites
